Hello! I am a native Marysvillian(?). My home church is Trinity Lutheran Church. I am an alumna of Trinity Lutheran School. My children were the third generation to graduate from Trinity. I graduated  from  Marysville High School and attended Capital University for my undergraduate degree in the dual majors of Elementary Education and Religion. I have my Masters from Wright State University and have two years of graduate level work at Trinity Lutheran Seminary. I have taught at Trinity for twenty-four years, I am in my twenty-fifth year.

I am married for thirty-four years to my best friend, Ivan. We have two children, Joseph and Chrystal. Joseph is a pastor and has a family of his own with two children, Hayley and Ryan. Chrystal is married to a farmer...she has six cats, my "grandcats", works as a Veterinary Technician in research, advises the Marysville High School Model United Nations Group, and is a great help to Mom and Dad. We have five "crids"...George...Velvet...Sasha...My last two "crids" are a foster dog for my son,Joe who will be deployed to Iraq as a Chaplain to the Third Armored Division in December,2005. The dog's name is Annie. My other foster "crid" is Princess, an asthmatic calico cat belonging to my daughter.

I enjoy reading historical fiction and some science fiction. I like to travel in my RV to my favorite campgrounds as well as traveling to new places. I like Tigger and Winnie- the – Pooh. I am redecorating my house in my spare time. And I like to embroider, cross-stitch, and learn new crafts.
