Online Enrollment is Now Open!

You can now create an account and apply/enroll new students as well as re-enroll your returning students online. Please remember that the commitment fee has increased to $150.00.

If you haven’t completed Online Enrollment, please do so as soon as possible.

The CDSC will be planning for staff and classroom space for next year and knowing class sizes would be most helpful for them.

Please contact Mrs. Pepper if you have any questions. Thank you for your patience during this process!

Flower Sale Pick Up

May 6th – FRIDAY NIGHT – from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Volunteers are needed at 3:00 p.m. to help sort the flowers when they arrive. If you have any questions, please contact the school office at 937-642-1726.

Lost & Found

Parents, please take the time to check the lost and found (located just to the right of the office door) the next time you are in the building. We have quite a lot of unclaimed items. This includes all of the coats and jackets hanging on the lower hooks.
Items that are not claimed by the end of the school year will be donated.

Trinity Summer Camp

Enrollment is now open for Trinity’s Latchkey Summer Camp program.
Summer Camp will begin on 5/30 and end on 8/10. Camp will be open Monday-
Friday, 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. The camp features educational daily lessons
with weekly themes, small teacher/child ratios in a faith-based atmosphere, field
trips and more! There will be a summer reading program, music lessons, daily
Christian devotions, friendship and fellowship.
Enrollment forms are available on the cafeteria door.
Parents with questions can contact Mrs. Katie Evans, Latchkey Director at 937-642-1726 or via e-mail at

School Financials

Tuition payments can be made by check, cash or credit card.  If needed, families can combine their tuition payment with a latchkey payment – just make sure that notation is made for the amounts to each program.

Please do not combine any other payments when purchasing lunch/milk tickets.  The lunch program is partially federally funded and the monies have to be kept separate from the school general fund.

Scrip gift cards can be purchased with check or cash – credit card is not available for use with this program.

Student Drop Off

Parents – if you drop off your student(s), please remember that you should drop off in the back alley beginning at 8:30.  Staff members are there to assist children out of the car and into the building. For the safety of all students and parents, please do not use the front of the school to drop off your student(s).  Thank you for helping keep our school safe!

Let Trinity help decrease the stress of your Christmas shopping in the next couple of months. Purchase Scrip gift certificates in the school office anytime or simply place an order for the certificates that you want. Give the actual gift certificates as a gift or use the certificates to make a purchase of your choosing. Scrip can be purchased in the school office during our office hours of 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., or online anytime; however, scrip is ordered every Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. and delivered to Trinity on Thursday afternoon.
